My somewhat morose tone in this tune reflects my experiences with being the butt of everyone's hatred in my adopted home town of Cockermouth. For whatever reason, there are some people who just don't like me, and go out of their way to express this to me, on a daily basis. Oh well, what can I do, except keep on keeping on, strumming that guitar!
