The title of this track is a joint reference to the plight of St Cuthbert, who died of a painful illness on Inner Farne Island in 687AD, and the Wales rugby player Alex Cuthbert, who at the time of writing looked like being dropped from the Wales team after a poor performance against Ireland.
Keen Mint Biscuit listeners will recognize a familiar introduction, yes I borrowed the first two chords from Gotta See The Sun, and jazzed it up a bit.
